She has mixed feelings about what she wans. One the one hand, she has the desire to experiment further with her fantasies, but on the other she's afraid that her husband will think less of her for wanting it.Alex loves his wife and has always found her sexy and attractive. Used to the routine that their sex life had become, he notices that their sex life picked up in intensity lately. At first, he's happy that they could add some spontaneity in their sex life. But when Jessica starts to withdraw into herself after every encounter he starts to worry that there's something more important behind this sudden change.
Forbidden Fantasies was a great, romantic and erotic story of newly discovered desires in an already committed relationship. Both Alex and Jessica struggle with the desires that arise as the story progresses. I loved how the author brought Jessica's struggles to confess her new-found desires to her husband. She was both conflicted and frustrated about it, but her love for her husband and her commitment to her marriage gave her the strength she needed to talk to him. I admired Alex's determination to get to the bottom of what was troubling his wife. This showed his caring, understanding side and the love he felt for Jessica.
The chemistry between Jessica and Alex was palpable from the very beginning. You could easily see how deep their connection went, regardless of their sex life. This was what initially kept me interested in the story. I wanted to see how they would work this out and how it would all come together when they started experimenting with it. Jodi Griffin did a wonderful job bringing those scenes to the page. There was hesitation and doubts, coupled with lust, fear and surrender. I loved it! Especially since along with it she brought forward their emotions and their acceptance of each other.
Forbidden Fantasies is the first book in the Bondage & Breakfast series. I can't wait to meet the other couples who head to Bondage & Breakfast to experiment with their desires.

Wow, I loved this! Hot, hot, hot, and I just adored that it was about a married couple. Beautifully written, and the emotion was perfect. I loved Alex and Jess, and both characters were nicely drawn. Well done on your first published work, Jodie. I'd have loved for it to be longer. Bring me more!

I really like the hero, Alex, and his reaction to his wife's fantasy. His responses seem like something you'd expect from a loving and devoted husband.
Pretty good for a first book, looking forward to the second one by this author.
The name is misleading... Not real hardcore bondage but... What I loved about this book was how a happily married couple added some spice to their sex lives. I loved how the husband loved his wife enough to try anything she wanted to try and then surprises her with the B & B. You could feel the love and get excited and turned on by what they discovered about each other. I wish I knew where that B & B was because I would take my husband there as fast as I could. Truly a fun read.
This is the second book I read in this series. When I read Forbidden Obsessions I had to go back to read the books in the beginning of the series. I like the fact that this was a married couple hesitant to explore their sexual wants with each other. I think we encounter this situation more than the sexy millionaire coming to sweep you off your feet. The sex was hot. The characters were true to who they were. I would have like to explore their relation more after the B&B weekend, but it was a good read.
A good short story of spicing up the bedroom life of a married couple. Jess discovers a not so vanilla side of sex through reading. She begins to have fantasies of the rougher side of sex while making love to her husband, Alex. Nothing to bad there until a night of mind blowing sex, she is guilt ridden about the fantasies she has been lusting after.
Alex begins to think the worst. After fifteen years of marriage and having two kids, their life has been good. He can't figure out what is bothering her but the cop in him has to know. He gets to the bottom of the issue but its not at all what he had thought.
Jess and Alex are a great couple. I really enjoyed the dual points of view. Getting to see the story from both sides was a nice touch. The love scenes are intimate and hot as hell. Grab a fan, they are quite sexy. A nice beginning for the Bondage and Breakfast series.
